Terms & Conditions – Beat the Heat! Raffle Promotion

1. Organizer

This raffle promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Curacao Laboratories Ltd, located at Elias R.A. Moreno Boulevard, Willemstad, Curacao (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

- The Promotion is open to all legal residents of Curacao aged 16 years or older. Residents younger than 18 needs parental permission.
- Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, participating supermarkets/pharmacies, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

- The Promotion runs from September 1st, 2025 until October 31st, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Participate

- Customers will receive 1 “raffle ticket” per the minimum purchase of an Alcolado Glacial 125ml at participating supermarkets and pharmacies.
- Raffle tickets must be scanned through the existing QR code. This QR code leads to a campaign page where participants will be asked to complete the customer’s full name, contact number, and email address.

- Incomplete entries will be considered invalid.

6. Prizes

- Prizes to be awarded include:
  - Grand Prize: Weekend stay for two people at Delynne Resort.
  - Second Prize: Elemental nature massage plus cold plunge.
  - Third and fourth Prize: Mondi x Mangrove Guided Kayak Tour for two.

  - Fifth and Sixth Prize: Clearboat Tours Curacao Experience for two

  - Seventh and eighth Prize: Waterbikes Curacao Tour & Fitness 30mins

  - Nineth through Thirteenth Prize: Premium Glacial summer kit consisting of Glacial branded items and Glacial products (Glacial 125ml Spray pack, Glacial Mosquito Repellent 125ml, Glacial Rub)

  - Fourteenth through twentyfifth Prize: Glacial summer kit consisting of Glacial branded items and Glacial products (Glacial 125ml Spray pack, Glacial Mosquito Repellent 125ml, Glacial Rub)

- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

- In the acceptance of any of the awards belonging to third-party suppliers like Delynne Resort, 8 Experience, Mondi x Mangrove, Clearboat Curacao and Waterbike Curacao (“Suppliers”), the winners agree to the suppliers terms and conditions.

7. Winner Selection

- Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on November 14th, 2025 at Landhuis Chobolobo in Elias R.A. Moreno Boulevard, Willemstad, Curacao , under the supervision of the Organizer.
- Winners will be contacted via phone/email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

- Drawn winners are only eligible for one prize; In the case of a winner being drawn in multiple occasions, the winner will have to opt for one prize. The remaining prizes will be redrawn.

8. Publicity

- By participating, winners agree that their name, photo, and likeness may be used for promotional purposes by the Organizer, without additional compensation.

9. Liability

- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, late, or illegible entries.
- The Organizer accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

10. Data Protection

- Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

11. General Conditions

- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- The Organizer’s decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
